Learning Resource Exchange (LRE)

The Learning Resource Exchange (LRE) from European Schoolnet (EUN) is a new service that enables schools to find educational content from many different countries and providers. It initially includes content from Ministries of Education (MoE) and other partners working with European Schoolnet (EUN) in the EC-funded CALIBRATE and MELT projects. Anyone is able to browse content in the LRE federation of repositories and teachers that register can also use LRE social tagging tools.

Learning Resource Exchange

Over 128,000 learning resources and assets were made available when the Learning Resource Exchange as a public service started to be offered to schools and teachers on 1 December 2008 http://lreforschools.eun.org, with a first phase dedicated to eTwinning schools before a full opening to the entire school community in 2009.

Additional resources from LRE Associate Partners are also being included in the LRE and the amount of content that schools can access will grow rapidly.
